The Oakland Girls Softball League (OGSL) mission is to provide organized fastpitch softball to all girls between the ages of 6-14 in the Oakland, CA community with the overall goal of promoting sportsmanship, developing individual skills, encouraging friendship, and providing leadership opportunities via a fun and positive athletic experience.
Self-funded through member registration and sponsorship donations, OGSL is a volunteer run, non-profit, equal opportunity organization affiliated with the Amateur Softball Association (ASA).

Skills Clinics
Keep an eye out for announcements regarding skills clinics. Check your email for details on dates, age groups and skills covered. A $5 suggested donation benefits the league by helping pay for instructors - experienced players, most of whom have played in our league and beyond. Participants who did NOT play OGSL in 2008 will be required to sign a liability waiver.
