Calling all kids ages 5-14! Learn to play softball and baseball with the East Bay’s premier kids’ leagues and Oakland’s newest baseball team, the Ballers! Practice throwing, catching, hitting, and play fun carnival games where you can win t-shirts and prizes. Kids get free refreshments and snacks, and food is available for purchase from yummy food trucks. Join us May 19 at DeFremery Park from 11AM to 2PM. This event is free and sponsored by Activate Oakland.
Softball, baseball clinics
Kids age 5-14, learn how throw, catch, and hit balls with the Oakland ballers and coaches from Oakland Girls Softball League, NOLL SOLL, and Babe Ruth. Make sure to register to get a spot.
Carnival games
Who doesn’t love a carnival? Play plinko, cornhole, knock the milk jugs down, and more. You can win cool prizes!
Food and fun
All kids get free refreshments and snacks. Food will also be available for purchase our food truck partner.
