Dear OGSL Community,
We hope you enjoyed your last day of Fall Ball softball today and are already dreaming about more softball! We are excited to announce a full season of OGSL softball planned for Spring 2022! Early Bird Registration goes from today till November 30, 2021 and provides a $20 discount off registration fees for Spring.

6U: $175
8U: 10U, 12/14U: $225
Regular Registration Fees (valid 1Dec2021 to 4Jan2021)
6U: $195
8U, 10U, 12/14U: $245
Here is the tentative calendar of events for Spring 2022:
Team Notifications of Team Assignments: Sunday, Feb 6th
Opening Day Carnival and Team Photo Day: Saturday, February 26th.
First Game: Saturday, March 5th
Playoffs Begin: Saturday, May 14th
Practices: Practices will be held once a week starting in mid-February.
Regular Season Games: Spring registration includes a 9-game regular season schedule on Saturdays in Spring for all divisions, and playoffs for 8U, 10U, and 12/14U.
10U & 12/14U Player Assessment Process: We will continue the player assessment process for the 10U and 12/14U divisions on Saturday, January 22nd (primary) and Saturday January 29th (makeup date). This is a requirement for all registered girls at these ages, but is a no-pressure, fun event. Details regarding time and place will be sent to all players registered for 10U and 12/14U in early January. The assessment process allows the league to have the best distribution of pitchers, fielders, and hitters across all teams, ensures balanced divisions, provides more opportunities for all players to develop their skills and play different positions and enriches the OGSL community by giving everyone an opportunity to develop relationships with a variety of coaches, players and families.
Reduced Fees Scholarships: For families that may want to request a player scholarship (reduced fee), please complete the first steps of the registration process, but before submitting payment, contact info@ogsl.org and we will provide further instructions for you to complete the process.
Note, there is also an option for families to sponsor another player within the registration form, and we greatly appreciate anyone that has the desire and ability to support Oakland softballers in this way!
